About Safe Falling

The safe falling & prevention class is a special program designed to teach the proper methods for safe falling. Unexpected falls are a leading cause of injuries among the elderly and our aim is to give you the skills to protect yourself in case of a fall. Whether it is in the home or on a sports field, knowing how to break fall means the difference between a major injury and a small bruise. This course is specially designed for senior citizens.
